I went to the gym this morning for my workout. While there, I ended up waiting for the lady to check me in. They gym is divided into two spaces- one section for the guys and the other for the ladies. From the lobby, one can see into both sides.

As I waited for the check in, I watched some of the men do their thing. I have a couple questions.
