Sizzling Next to The Fire

The weathah forecast for tonight and tomorrow:

A major storm will affect New Hampshire tonight through Wednesday with a variety of weather….from snow to ice to rain. Winter storm warnings are in effect for all of New Hampshire overnight into Wednesday AM. Southern NH: Snow, heavy at times overnight will change to a wintry mix of sleet and freezing rain by daybreak making for a slick morning commute.

For the past several days its been COLD….as in 20 below ZERO cold with the wind. Brrgh. I love winter. After long days outdoors snowmobiling it’s great to come home, take a long steamy hot bath and sizzle out next to the fireplace sipping beeah and relaxing.
I’ll probably end up staying right here all night.

    I’m iced in here today, though it’s not nearly as cold as where you are.

    The trees are covered with a thick coating of ice. I expect a power outage later, when the winds kick up.

    Unfortunately, all of the rest of our firewood is soaking wet. We’ve used up our on-the-porch supply of wood.
